As a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, you will collaborate closely with the Project Team throughout the software lifecycle, ensuring product quality and performance meet client expectations prior to release. You will analyze and understand business requirements, Project and Product Manager expectations, and end-user needs, including how those users will interact with the software. You will also design, create, implement, document and monitor comprehensive and well-structured manual and automated processes, test plans and test cases to ensure the product satisfies the business requirements, while identifying other influences that might cause the product to malfunction.
The Product Quality Analyst ensures the accuracy, accessibility, and usability of digital products for a paid leave benefit program. You will execute manual testing of web applications to meet functional requirements and user needs. Collaboration across scrum teams and leading small QA efforts will be part of your role.
Responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining manual test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and alignment with product documentation and requirements. Write and execute manual test cases based on product requirements. Maintain test cases in Azure DevOps, linking them to user stories and automated tests. Collaborate with automation engineers to ensure test coverage and traceability. Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability.
